is best. You can watch the elephants take their bath in the river, before
they go to "work".
Since
logging of the rainforest has been banned in Thailand, these elphants
have been unemployed. Were it not for the tourism value of demonstrating
their skills, these long-lived animals would have a difficult existence.
They put on several shows a day and offer jungle rides as well.
